WASHING EXTENSIONS
When washing extensions wether you have a full set or partial set you want to make sure to use good product to keep the integrity of the wefts. We're obsessed with Gold Lust Shampoo and Conditioner for extensions, we also love the Brilliance and Shine Shampoo and Conditioner!!
When Washing your extensions first step is to make sure you've brushed the hair removing any tangles. Get the hair completely wet, and then divide the hair into sections to ensure a clean scalp. We like to take a big scrunchie or clip into the shower and clip up the top row or top natural hair and wash each section/row. Gently wash using oribe gold lust shampoo, rinse, and repeat on top row. Apply conditioner roots to ends, leave on for 2 minutes, and then rinse in rows.
Gently squeeze out water, blot hair with a towel, and use your fingers to comb through the hair.

Masks for Extensions
Masks....we love them just don't over use them. You apply on clean wet hair mids to ends, leave on for 5 minutes and rinse in sections.
We recommend using a mask once a month, after a dry climate vacation, beach, or swimming. It helps moisturize the extensions keeping them healthy and lasting longer.

Heat styling faves
Heat Protectants
Heat protection is a must when wearing hair extensions!! Excessive heat can and will damage the wefts!
When using heat please turn down the heat- no need to use super high heat on the wefts.
Apply the heat protectant roots to ends on damp hair and brush through, the Invisible Defense spray you can use on dry hair as well. Spray, brush through, and blow dry wefts. Make sure wefts are completely dry before adding any heat tools to the wefts.
