Returns & Exchanges

We do not except returns. We do; however, offer exchanges within 30 days of the original order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

 

Initiate an Exchange

In order to initiate an exchange, please contact us at merakihairextensions@gmail.com and provide the tracking number for the returning item. Once the item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped if the exchange is approved.
